The Process
Fill up the Order Form and make payment. Our CSR will contact you via email to acknowledge receipt of payment. You will also receive instructions on how and where to send your last letter to us. The following steps show you the mailing instruction.

 

1. Prepare your letter, put it into an envelope (please refer to the FAQs for acceptable envelope sizes), write the name of the recipient clearly on the envelope.

2. Use a bigger envelope to contain the Last Letter. Write clearly the name and address of The Last Letters:

3. Place the Last Letter inside the bigger envelope, seal it, stick sufficient postage stamp on it, stick an "Air Mail" sticker if you are residing outside of Singapore.

4. Send the bigger envelope with your Last Letter out to us.

5. Once we receive your mail, we will retrieve your Last Letter and seal the opening of your Last Letter with wax to secure it.

6. Your Last Letter will be placed into an air-tight plastic bag and we will store it in a safe.

7. Pictures of your Last Letter will be sent to you as the proof of the safe keeping.

We will contact you once a year for the first two years after we begin storing your letter. And on a six-month basis thereafter. We will contact the recipient when we are unable to contact you. The Last Letter will be delivered to the recipients when we receive confirmation of your after life OR if we are unable to contact you for twelve months after a contact call.
